About us

One story for the practice, two engines behind it.

RevSource Dental is powered by Wysera, with DentalPrice adding high-intent patient demand where growth capacity exists.

How it fits together

Three names, and what each one is actually responsible for

Practices deal with RevSource Dental. The other two names explain why RevSource Dental can do what it says it does, which is a reasonable thing to want to know before you sign anything.

RevSource Dental

The patient growth story

What the practice buys and talks about. One story, one economic frame, one measurable path from acquisition activity to treatment outcomes.

DentalPrice

High-intent patient demand

A distinct source of demand from people already researching dental treatment and what it costs.

Wysera

The system underneath

Marketing optimization, visibility, lead flow, follow-up and the attribution that ties it together.

Wysera builds the AI platform RevSource Dental runs on, covering marketing optimization, lead flow, follow-up and attribution. DentalPrice contributes the patient demand side. More about Wysera.

What we believe

Four positions, and we will argue for each one.

The middle of the funnel is where the money is
Almost every practice can see inquiries at one end and revenue at the other. The stages in between are where the loss happens, and they are the stages nobody reports on.
A number without your baseline is a guess
We do not open a conversation with a return figure, because we do not have your starting point yet. Establish what the practice spends and produces today, then measure against that.
The smallest fix that works, first
Demand is the opportunity for some practices and follow-up for others. Recommending both when one would do is how a vendor gets fired in year two.
It asks before it acts
The Wysera system underneath RevSource Dental drafts and proposes rather than acting on the practice's behalf. A patient conversation is not the place for an AI to be autonomous.

How we recommend

Not every practice needs both sides.

Demand is the opportunity for some practices, marketing and follow-up for others. The right recommendation is the smallest one that fits the problem, and it is earned rather than assumed.

  1. Show the demand

Start with evidence of what patients near you are actually searching for.

  2. Diagnose the loss

Find where opportunities are going missing between inquiry and chair.

  3. Recommend the smallest fix

Only the part that addresses what the diagnosis found.

  4. Earn the expansion

Anything more is proposed after the first thing is shown to work.

Want to look at where your patient acquisition dollars are going today?

If there is an opportunity worth testing, we will find it in that conversation. If there is not, that is a useful answer too.
